A little swimming can really help. A swim in the ocean has always been helpful for me or a few laps of breaststroke in a pool.

I read your articles all the time and always pray for your well being.

Good analogy, Elaina. We focus on one stroke at a time to just keep moving forward for as long as it takes to break free. I’ll remember that analogy–it’s very relevant. Thanks for sharing it.

My life. Will it ever get better Jeanette. I imagine a light at the end of this tunnel. But frequently glimpse that it’s not a tunnel it’s a jail! Torture in solitary confinement where u can hear only u cannot see out. t world on t other hand can see in all day jeering and poking fun. Being fed just enough to keep u alive for more torturous antics. Yet I will take it as just this day and keep swimming. Nice to know I’m not t only one in this water at least. Wishing u and all sufferers well. Good night.
