Thanks for your positive post even in the face of depression lurking. I am up, down and sideways. My thinking is destructive and impulsive. It’s such a hard road sometimes. I didn’t leave the house. But I’m glad I found your post!!!!!

High-fiving you on wrestling the mental state down and getting out. Also eating. One guideline I have for myself is “Shower every day. Outside every day.” You and I know this doesn’t always happen. But it’s something to remind myself to do; a yardstick. -how hard do these things seem to me right now?- i can gauge my state. There are many times just getting onto the sidewalk feels like, hooray, this is what I like! I am a good caretaker of me! It’s there to reward me, never to punish. On days I find that I haven’t made the goal, I remember that I’m going to have a new shot at it in a few hours.
How great to have this space to be so candid. ?
