    Thank you for sharing, Elaina, and for describing what OCD is like for you. Your post is great, especially the sentence “OCD is treatable!” So many people, including some therapists, do not realize that OCD, no matter how severe, is treatable and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy is the frontline treatment for the disorder. Thanks for helping spread the word and I wish you all the best!
