    Yup okay I used to drink and smoke hash. Hash helped me relax. Drink always socially but often helped me escape my frustrations. Now I dont do either and get so frustrated so trying out meditaion now. So tedious task def music and humour if working with others, also go,into my head, lots of shit going on up there totally kills boredom too.

      I’ve heard some good things about meditation from other people with ADHD although I haven’t given it a real shot yet myself. Best of luck, and thanks for sharing your experiences!
