    This is good advice. It could also hold true for depression, anxiety, etc. It is easy to self-criticize with those issues too.

    Love all your articles, but this one is the best because it sounds like me and gives clear advice
    Many ADHD articles don’t sound like me at all

      Really appreciate that, Anne! Just like there’s a lot of variation in how people experience ADHD, there does seem to be a lot of variation in how much people with ADHD relate to different articles. I definitely read one thing and think “that’s me!” and then read another and think “that doesn’t really capture my symptoms.”
