This blog is written to help people who have ADHD and to help those who want to understand more about ADHD.

But today I’m going to list off some things that don’t help those of us with this insidious disorder,

    So well written! After tutoring elementary school children for many years, I found that those with ADD/ADHD diagnoses were generally above the curve with brain ability. Most children needed to find a connection with the work they were given without excessive sensory input. Having an understanding and diligent teacher also helped very much. ❤
