    Exactly! My father used to drink coffee in the evening and I do, too. Decaf doesn’t work. It’s got to be caffeinated and preferably black. Works better than sleep supplements, with no negative effects the next morning. Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! It’s my favorite calming beverage. If I can’t sleep, I brew a cup and 15 minutes later, I’m asleep.

    sounds like excuses for narcissism, if you or one’s like, truly cared this aspect would be the most important thing to repair, change.

      Hi Bob.
      Are you aware that that solution has been tried for decades? “Just change,” tends not to work for us. No matter how often it is suggested and no matter who suggests it or how right they think they are, and telling people you don’t know that they are narcissists might be something you could talk to a professional about, you may be surprised at what it might indicate.
