    I did similar things before I knew I had ADHD. I would up the ante, so to speak. On tests I couldn’t focus on, I would set my own time limit and immediately become focused. On things I couldn’t get interested in, I found some way to change it up. To improve on repetitious tasks, each time I did one I would add an improvement. You’re the first I’ve read who’s mentioned this. Thank you.
