Minimal Brain Dysfunction is ADHD. MBD is just a more sophisticated way of saying that is what you have. I find myself often saying that I cannot remember something from one minute to the next. I have trouble staying focused on one task which makes college classes very hard sometimes. Reading this article makes me feel better about “I am not loosing my mind” My mind is just in overdrive thinking.

MBD is a mental health issue that needs to be address properly. Many people maybe getting the incorrect diagnosis since it is a lot like the OCD. I am a 43 year old college student that struggles daily with homework and quizzes because I thought i was just completely forget full but turns out that everyone has this disorder it just depends on how bad it is and how you cope with it.
