Great article! For years, I thought I probably had ADHD, but it wasn’t until last year that I was finally “officially” diagnosed.

Your article hit it right on the head as far as how a person with ADHD approaches a task and how regular people might approach the same task. They’re still on step one and I will be on step 2 of the second way I think might work. 🙂

I have found success helping manage my ADHD by incorporating regular meditation. By increasing my mindfulness, I am better able to work in a team environment because I am more aware of how my ADHD solutions will affect the rest of the team.

    Keep up the great work!
