And yet, I often work with five or more tabs open on my browser while I write. And a quick glance at those tabs are not enough to see a connection between them.

ADHD is a disorder of cyclical stress. We learn to cope, fall into a routine of doing that, and then feel like we’ve cured the part that we’re coping for.


The Fates Of ADHD

In Greek mythology there are three goddesses known as the fates or Moirai. Their names are Klotho, Lachesis, and Atropos.

Klotho spins the thread of life, Lachesis measures out each segment for each of us,

Over six years ago I started writing this blog. I’ve written three posts a week since the beginning. I’ve never published less than that, and I don’t intend to change that any time soon.


Calm Waters

To the casual observer, it may look like “calm waters” is the last phrase you’d use to describe someone with ADHD.

But I want to tell you what that phrase means to me.

I’m always busy, though sometimes it doesn’t look like it.
