We all know yoga isn’t for women only, but sometimes it seems like we see more women than men practicing yoga.

On Wednesday, we got information from MindBodyGreen, Mens Health, and on ways men can start learning about yoga and why practicing yoga is specifically beneficial to them.

Thursday: Use Yoga to Improve Your Sex Life

Hey, that got everyone’s attention, didn’t it?!

We all know about the positive effects exercise can have on our sex lives, but what about yoga? Well, Thursday brought us information about that very subject, covering how yoga can boost body image, increase libido, and even intensify orgasms.
