Writers Mind

I lied. To myself. I thought I could keep up a constant and frequent posting rate here at this blog, and it turned out to be impossible. I wasn’t doing my real writing. So I’m taking this opportunity to wish my readers here farewell. To thank you for your generous comments.

And to offer one final bit of advice.

  • Good luck!
And thank you. I found your blog a few months ago, and have been hooked up on it since then.

You have brought so much inspiration and help to me and I am sure to many other people reading you regularly.

I never commented on your posts (ooooh shyness!), but i have even printed a lot of them, so I can carry them around with me on the bus etc…

I Just wanted you to realise how helpful and inspiring you have been to me.
    Thank you so much.

This blog will still be one to refer to when in doubt or feeling lost with my work.

Once again, good luck, and it was such a great pleasure to read you and waiting for your posts.

  • It was great having you blog with us for this short time, Susan. I wish you the best of luck with your future writing endeavors!
    :)

  • Dear Susan: I barely got to have a seriously good chat with you and now you are going, going, gone.(okay, not really.). Your last comments to me regarding my particular issues with ‘writing’ hit home…made a great deal of sense. Because of polymathic tendencies, I have fingers in everything and feel that I should talk of what I have learned. Essays and poetry have a particular ease to their structure and demands. I do think that you are correct in the notion of personality traits playing a large role in, not what one feels that they can do, but rather, wants to do. So, on your departure, just to let you know that you provided an insight for this particular individual. I say thanks and success mille fois. Gordon
