Weightless

Today, I’m really excited to present part one of my interview with Christie from Honoring Health, where she writes about her own experiences with intuitive eating, provides tips on eating intuitively, shares delicious recipes and much more.

I greatly admire Christie and her work. In a culture where healthy eating is synonymous with dieting and we cling to stringent eating rules because we’re afraid of getting out of control, her posts are refreshing and very much needed. She offers tons of insights on her blog, and she’s just outright inspiring!
