Thank you for this! One very helpful tool to start loving your body (for people like me that struggle to come up with a list of positives) is to follow the advice in part 1 where you love the functions and ability of your body. Not “I hate my legs” but “I’m thankful to have legs” ^_^ It’s a work in progress, but that has helped me counter negative body image thoughts!
