Every Monday features a tip, activity, inspiring quote or some other tidbit that helps boost your body image, whether directly or indirectly — and hopefully kick-starts the week on a positive note!

Got a tip for improving body image? Email me at mtartakovsky at gmail dot com, and I’ll be happy to feature it. I’d love to hear from you!

Our bodies and our lives are gifts. But in the hustle and bustle of the everyday, and in the stress over our size and shape, we often forget that.

  1. This is excellent food for thought, pun intended! Thanks for this article, which I’ll pass on far and wide.

  2. Thank you for the inspiring commentary as Thanksgiving approaches. Initially, this post attracted me because of the beautiful, vibrant and out of focus leaf…touching on nature and the gratitude that one can feel when they take time to look around and appreciate natural beauty.
