I can totally relate to this question: What if I can’t relax in savasana?

Troubled?: “And this realisation brought the rich and deep clarity that actually, it is not my job to love him (or anyone else). Thats his job. Its my job to love me.”

Important questions to ask ourselves: “What is it that you are shaping, creating, learning? Are you seeing its value? Are you stepping back?”

Another key question all about heart.

Powerful strategies for the process of letting go.

“We may not see a world free of body snarking in our lifetime, but we can reclaim our power by loving ourselves and moving on.”

The power of intuitive eating: “What would happen if we all blew this joint? What would the world look like if we all just ate food? Not the food we should and food we should not eat — but, just the food we wanted, and the food that made our bodies feel fueled and satisfied?”

Yoga and emotional resilience.

Reentering your life after a retreat or vacation.

Be full of your self: “Fill yourself with your innate soul qualities that are your essence. Let the goodness of who and what you are radiate out your eyes, spill onto the canvas, page, or job you do. Speak from your soul. Breathe into the world the essence of who you are.”
