Here are a few ideas on having a body-positive weekend:

  • Truly TASTE one meal or snack.
  • Take yourself out on a special date.
  • Try one of these creative activities to explore and heal your relationship with food and yourself.
  • Move your body in a way that energizes you.
  • Move your body in a way that calms and soothes you.

How will you have a body positive weekend? How will you celebrate your body?
