  • I read that walking is the best antidepressant and anti-stress activity. But who wants to exercise? But doesn’t it effectively clear your head and get those emotions burned off and released?

    I love wine too, and it certainly makes the heart rejoice–but you are right about the exercise. Maybe we can do both!
