It very hard to understand how someone who was adopted, loved, and cherished could not come to terms with the status surrounding her birth. To have a mother adopted, or biological to be there, to care for you, to see to your every need how wonderful that must( or should)have been for you. I suppose we all in some ways had, and have our cross to bear. I grew up being shifted from one relative to another( and it hurt when you realize they really didn’t want you) being reminded everyday of who, and what your mother is, and the fact that you have only seen your father once (at age 2yrs.)made a pretty miserable life for me, through it all I loved my mother with a love that would not die. I was angry for many years, but like you I am so thankful my mother, and I understood one another before she died. Thanks, it is a good thing that you have done.
