Enter to Win a Free Book!

Nutritionist Trudy Scott has donated two (2) copies of her fabulous book, The Antianxiety Food Solution you could win in this special drawing for Therapy Soup readers.

If you’ve been doing the Gluten-Free Challenge or even if not, we think you’ll love The Antianxiety Food Solution. It contains useful information about mood and food, diet, and supplements. We loved the book so much when we read it last summer, that we asked Trudy Scott to join us on our this blog to discuss gluten, mood, and mental health.

Now, it’s your turn to read the book.

To enter the drawing to win one of two (2) free copies all you’ve got to do is is send an email to goodtherapy at optonline dot net. (Only one entry per person, please.)

1. Be sure to write WIN A BOOK in the subject line.

2. Be sure to include your name and mailing address!

3. We’d love to hear your gluten-free story if you want to include it in your email entry. If you like, please briefly describe your gluten-free experience. If you don’t want to share your story, that’s okay, you’ll still be entered in the book drawing. You do not have to share your story in order to win.

Deadline for entries is Monday, December 3rd. Winners will be randomly selected and will be contacted on or before Monday, December 10th. We’ll announce the winners in a future Therapy Soup blog post. When we do, we’ll use your first name or initials, city, and state.

We’ll pay for shipping, but drawing winners must live in the continental United States (sorry, but we have limited shipping funds).

Odds of winning depend on number of entries.
