Why Does She Love Him?

~ Less than a min read

valentine's present

Last week’s cartoon,  about a woman who doesn't just have it all, but also has too much, is here. (It's her hobby, and it's not hurting anyone.). All rights reserved, and content including cartoons is © Donna Barstow 2014,  And Like me  on Facebook to get notified of new cartoons. Thanks!

Today's cartoon is about that most wonderful holiday, Valentine's Day. Of course, being in love is wonderful, etc, but it gets tricky trying to figure out who loves who more, and why exactly someone does love you, doesn't it?

Gifts help tell the story. National Geographic says cards are the most popular Valentine's Day gift. (Nice, but not a present, in my opinion.) And candy is second, but that includes the "chalky little hearts emblazoned "BE MINE," "KISS ME," "CALL ME.""

Statistics Brain said the most popular selling gift for Valentine's, after cards, is roses! Could be.

In this cartoon, I'm pretty sure the woman loves both her guy AND the box of chocolates. Maybe the candy a little bit more, if she's hungry.

But he shouldn't be concerned, because what she really loves is his generosity and kindness, which is something we all love in everyone.
