  1. Absolutely loved your talk! I can really relate – I was diagnosed with panic disorder back in November, and I made the heavy decision to take a leave of absence from college. Since then, I’ve found so many new ways to keep myself occupied – I started a blog, I’m writing a novel, and I’m finally getting back in shape. I’ve been following your blog since I first got the diagnosis, and your writing has really inspired me!

  2. Excellent!
    Wonderfully presented and very intersting.
As a solution focused hypnotherapist, I completely relate to what you are saying. I spend a long time with clients discussing how the brain responds to psychological distress in a similar way to you. We have a polar bear as our example!
Well done on all counts, from the job to the presenting. Inspirational!

    • I’m blushing! For serious.

Thank you for your blush-worthy comments. :) It wasn’t easy, but I’m super glad I grew a (temporary) pair & got up there to speak about anxiety.
