  33. I love quotes. At times, they have been the only one that validated me, and the only one that understood, and my best friend and therapist. And, the only way I could express myself through words, and present this in a form that was not so easy to ‘dismiss’ by another.

    Of course, I write down only the ones I really like and find useful, and I throw away the rest. And then, sometimes, I take one back out of the garbage later.

  37. Quote #7 is a classic, and predates Joseph Goldstein by a couple thousand years. He would probably be the first to point out that is the fifth verse of the Dhammapada, one of the foundational scriptures of Buddhism.

  38. I like the idile of a quoat aday. I get them from a web sight called insparation.com. The quoat is when one talkes about change and not working to creat change than there words are meaningless.
