Being is simply about being more present in daily life while relieving ourselves of reactive judgments. We can be mindful while moving slowly, moderately, or quickly. The idea is simply to know what we&#039;re doing when we&#039;re doing it and being more intentional about it.

At the same time, getting the quick tips doesn&#039;t mean you have to do them quickly :)Integrate them into your life at the pace that works for you. Experiment, explore your life.</description>

		<description>I find that often, the sensation of a hectic life is caused by avoiding tasks we perceive as unpleasant of threatening. Filling our days with small tasks gives us a sense of accomplishing many things but leaves larger projects until they are crisis. For instance, that phone call you need to make to rearrange a meeting. You know you might inconvenience people so you put it off. The longer you put it off though, the more difficult it becomes for everyone. You know the call needs to be made, so do it now. A little recognition of the consequences goes a long way to accomplishing unpleasant tasks. It also takes a lot of the &quot;crises&quot; feeling out of your day.</description>
