  • I taste the first several bites and then it goes to tasteless when I need the “crunch”, the fullness, and use it to ‘ease’ my anxiety, frustration, depression, saddness, whatever the case is at that time. In fact I had a “time” a few hours ago and now I’m so sick in my stomach and feel worse than I did before. I don’t understand the full meaning of the why that I do it other than not being able to handle what’s on my mind at the time. My son’s wedding is coming up in less than a month and my dress is purchased. If I keep eating like this I’ll have to get another dress. I do have a habit of sabatoging myself when I get anxious about upcoming events. This time it seems to be eating. I know I went off the question a little but eating mindlessly happens often to me, but not quite like it is now. Eating for 2-3 hours straight is a problem.
