Smoking Meditation: Day 10
Light a cigarette and wait till it’s half gone. Then smoke what’s left. Try this a few times today. Ponder what you are wasting and what you are conserving. Let the dollars and cents pinch your mind awake. Watch the smoke of mindlessness dissipate.
