Coping with Bad Memories

By
~ Less than a min read

Often times in life we are met with challenges surrounding memory.  Bad memories can stifle our ability to move forward. They are the ones you need to be wary of, obviously, for they can penetrate the mind and disallow the mental and emotional freedom you deserve.  Mental freedom rid of stale memories is imperative to finding future happiness.  Next time you find yourself obsessing over a bad memory find a way to let it go, and have faith that tomorrow and moving forward you will slowly be healed.

POEM: BAD MEMORIES

Bad memories

For the most part

Suck.

They beat at you

In your mind.

They re-root you and

De-root you

Into an honest reality.
