POEM: BIPOLAR  AWESOMENESS

Axel Rose sings November Rain

And I wonder about my problems

Why the music hits my chord deep inside.

Do people beat and dance to music like we do?

As music underscores the manic depression rhythms of the mind?

Would you trade it?

No.  Not in the moment but

Maybe a day

Of course.

Cause you never know when bipolar becomes lethal

Or too sad and pathetic

But it’s you.

It’s you being yourself.

Bipolar awesomeness.
