It’s okay to admit to yourself when things are bad.  It can be good to face your dark times head on, and meet it with some honesty.

POEM: SUCKLING THE DARK TIT

Stop the madness

Of depression

Simmering in my

Bones

And taking over

My home.

Where I am

Alone

Suckling off the tit of

Dark sadness

With no stop

To the

Madness.
