National Health Blog Post Month makes it to Black FRIDAY…  Did you know there are no lights for this day of lights OUT!  Be careful where you walk so you don’t trip.

I am not going to write a long blog post because…I respect that many of you are standing in long lines. Being herded like cattle in mobs; getting your toes stepped on and elbows in your face, just so you get the best deal on a gift you plan to give someone…Who will most likely return it.  I WOULD hate to interrupt your fun.

Oh, yes I have to answer: What’s something your doctor taught you?  My answer – How to waste hours on end in a waiting room just so i can have 15 minutes of his time.
