This month I decided to do what ever I could to Help Youths Who Suffer From Depression or Bipolar Disorder. The organization Child & Adolescent Bipolar Foundation (CABF) has been trying to win a $250,000 grant from Pepsi. Pepsi will select the winner based on the top two organizations that receive the most votes.
I’ve done all I possibly can do to help. I’ve done everything from blogging about CABF to sharing everything I can on Facebook… I’ve been doing all sorts of online begging just to get a vote.

Some Baggage You Just Can’t Lose At The Airport!
Do you have luggage, baggage, or some other thing you drag around that is filled with all your skeletons (the negative stuff that you’ve dealt with all your life)?! Yeah, I guess, we all kind of have some baggage we have to take with us but WHY is it when you’re dealing with a mental health issue, your baggage seems to be a lot BIGGER?
My personal favorite cartoons of 2010.
We live in a time where there seems to be a pill for everything… One to medicate if you can’t sleep and one to medicate so you can stay up.
