See What Google See: My Cartoons On Google

Today I did a little experiment on how my new blog is getting indexed. I wanted to see how Google views me and my cartoons.  It’s said “you are WHO Google says you are!”

From time to time to gauge how Google looks at me, I like to search myself… I type in “chato stewart,” and look what images are being indexed. I did a customized “site” search to see what images are indexed by Google and I was happy to see 125 cartoons and photos. What is the rank value of each image? I’m not sure, but if you do an image search for “chato” you will get a kick and good laugh when you see WHO is in the top spots….

Tuesday, August 24th, 2010

Now before you start writing any hate mail about me using the words “mental games’  make sure you understand how I’m using the word. Since “MENTAL” has so many definitions…  The one I’m referring to is found in the  World English Dictionary.

Defining mental (ˈmɛnt ə l)— adj 1. of or involving the mind or an intellectual process.

“Tipsy Tuesday Ink Blot Test Mental Games” are my new series of blog post that are meant to get our big brains dusted off and spinning around the ol’ mind game.

I want you to use your old noggin to help figure out how some of us tic. We are going to have some fun by creating our own ink blot personality test. I will provide my own style of Rorschach INK BLOTS and let you comment about them. If you’re not sure what Rorschach ink blot test are then scroll down to the bottom of this post and you can read a little about it.

Mental Games: Ink Blot Test 001

Rorschach Test:  The Rorschach test (German pronunciation: [ˈʁoːɐʃax]; also known as the Rorschach inkblot test or simply the Inkblot test) is a psychological test in which subjects’ perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex scientifically derived algorithms, or both. Some psychologists use this test to examine a person’s personality characteristics and emotional functioning. It has been employed to detect an underlying thought disorder, especially in cases where patients are reluctant to describe their thinking processes openly.[3] The test takes its name from that of its creator, Swiss psychologist Hermann Rorschach.

Saturday Psychology Cartoons: Mr. Potato Head

Saturday, August 21st, 2010

My kids love Mr. Potato Head!! I think we’ve had about 4 or 5 of them, and every now and again, I’ll find a mouth or set of eyes around the house.

Here are 3 cartoons I’ve done with a Mr. Potato Head theme.  I know I have more, but where? Somewhere… they pop up now and again.  Or I’ll just have to re-draw them.  Enjoy these Saturday Psychology Cartoons.
