Who Says There’s Something Out There?

Although blog writing is not something I have much time for anymore, it still interests me, especially when I get good comments. Lately this site and my other blob, WillSpirit.com, have been running identical content (one of the indicators of the limited time I have to devote to this type of writing).

On that other site, I received an interesting comment on my last post, There’s Something Out There, and I responded at length. Because that comment and my response further the last post’s topic, I’ve elevated the discussion to the level of a post of its own. Partly this choice can be explained by laziness, but mainly it’s because the best way to formulate one’s thoughts is to address valid critiques offered by others.
