Nice examples of how doing something that feels right at first, can expand into a negative force in one’s life. It’s so easy for these behaviors to get out of control…and your world becomes smaller and smaller.

If you’re thinking about suicide, STOP and call 911 or your nearest hospital. Anxiety disorders are so treatable – you don’t need to end it all to make things better for you and others in your life.
I have anxiety just got diagonsed last week. I think that too me (propabily only me) that it pushes me to become stronger! I run towards my fears (note: I still have the fears I run towards) but I still live in the fear of getting hurt ot killed or bombed every second of the day
The meds that I take for aniety make me hyper and more inatentive then I already am in school though.
