Hello, faithful readers. I am so pleased to say that the Family Mental Health blog has had its first birthday! It was actually April 17th if you see my About post. So while it is a bit belated, it is no less sincere.
I give a great deal of credit to you readers for the success of this blog. Without your input and conversation, it would just be me spouting my opinions into cyberspace. This interaction makes whatever I post that much richer and more relevant. I certainly don’t have all the answers. So celebrate along with me that we have built such a vibrant blog together!
As a treat for you, I’ve summarized and linked up a “greatest hits” of this past year’s most widely read and commented posts. If you’ve followed the blog for a while, you may recognize some of these. If you are new to the blog, take a trip down memory lane and add your thoughts if you like.

Thank you, everyone, for a terrific year. I look forward to many more with you and Psych Central. Again, I encourage you to add your part of the conversation on any of the posts included in this summary. The door is never shut on the dialogue.
