		<description>This is a great article and there should be more like this.  It&#039;s important to destigmatize mental illness.  To further help destigmatize the illness, I would recommend having open and honest conversations with family members, especially children.  Once we open up the lines of communication, anything is possible.</description>

		<description>This really speaks to me - I am a parent with a mental illness, and I know it has a huge impact on my daughter.  Even to the point that she is showing signs of developing mental illness herself.  We are getting help, although it seems to take an age from referral to appointments... Still, at least the process has begun.</description>
