I am looking for resources to create a mentorship program in my elementary school (older children mentoring younger) - can you suggest resources?

Thanks

Helping at a Vacation Bible School at church is a wonderful way for kids to have this kind of experience. Also, helping with a younger Sunday school class throughout the year is great. We have a younger family next door and my kids 12 and 10 love to go over and play. Not only does it give the mom a break it gives my kids a serious confidence boost that the little ones think they are so fun to be with.
