“Pandemonium” is a video from Canadian Mental Health Association Vancouver-Burnaby about their recreation program of the same name for youth aged 13-17 who have anxiety.

Referred from Hamber House, an educational day treatment program for youth with severe mental health issues, participants in Pandemonium enjoy recreational activities like hiking and movies. By sharing in activities without pressure on individuals, participants learn to develop social skills and minimize social anxiety.
