Wow! I’m appalled and proud, in turns. I’m in total agreement with you and Pattinson – at what point is it funny, let alone even acceptable, to make fun of someone who has overdosed???
I don’t care who the person was. It was a loss of life, and every life is special and precious. I fail to see the humor, and am so happy Pattinson and his friends had the human decency to protest such cruel and disgusting behavior. It makes me like him all the more!
I’m impressed by Robert, and I’m really glad that you highlighted his objections. Most of us would have just sat in silence, It hink…horrified, perhaps, but still silent. Good for him.
Be careful, though, about putting too much stock in US Weekly. It really is nothing more than a tabloid. In other issues, it has had horrible things to say about Rob and Kristen; they just exploit the popular stars of the moment. Still, there must have been witnesses to this event, so Rob’s still awesome in my book.
