Any Mob Wives fans in the audience?

If you’re one of them, you probably caught last week’s Season 3 premiere and weren’t surprised when you spent the hour listening to the women talk trash with, to, and for each other.

Just another day in Staten Island, yes?

However, if you don’t keep up with the Mafia celebrities’ goings on in between seasons, then you did get one surprise last week: Renee Graziano announced she was addicted to pills and seeking rehab.

The announcement came during a sit down posing as an afternoon brunch. Peacemakers Angela “Big Ang” Raiola and Drita D’Avanzo thought the sit down would be a good, neutral place for feuding Renee and Carla Facciolo, to make peace.

The meeting was anything but peaceful, though, and after Carla called Renee a “junkie” for what felt like the millionth time, Renee finally (and surprisingly calmly) replied that she wasn’t a “junkie,” but an “addict” who needed help.

The girls looked stunned.

Fortunately, it seems that since the time of that announcement and the show airing last week, Renee has received treatment. She entered Miami’s Transitions drug and alcohol treatment center back in October and, according to HuffPost Celebrity, she invited VH1 camera crews along for the trip.

Despite Graziano’s televised confession to her friends, her rep told Page Six:

Although Renee Graziano has been admitted to a rehabilitation center, it is not for any current drug or alcohol use of any kind. Her choice to enter rehab was made entirely on her own. She has made this decision for the betterment of her son AJ [Pagan]’s life, as well as to improve her physical, mental and spiritual health.

Hmm.

Well, regardless, she needed help and she got it. Renee Graziano has had a tough year by any standards, what with her ex-husband Hector Pagan, Jr. turning state’s evidence on her father, Anthony Graziano, a high-ranking member of the Bonanno crime family.

Sure, stress most of us can’t fathom, but stress nonetheless.

An all new Mob Wives airs tonight at 8 p.m. on VH1.
