Very interesting! Love your book & have given it to many people. Also, interesting about the use of Klonopin. My meds provider (psychiatric nurse practitioner) has prescribed Klonopin for me to take at night for many years. I’ve never had to increase the dosage & take a low dose (1 mg.) It DOES help me sleep & I’m not tempted to take it during the day as it does make me SLEEPY & I don’t want to be sleepy during the day.

I’m too interested in living a quality life, but I did have a manic episode caused by lack of sleep that then ended up w/a major & fast & deep depression that had dire consequences so it has been impressed on me I NEED to sleep!
